Kerri Ussher is known for her ability to leverage astute strategic, business and financial acumen with her legal skills and experience to achieve client objectives and create favorable outcomes. 

 

She brings more than a decade of transactional restructuring practice experience to Jack Rose Law where she focuses her practice on the transactional side of restructurings.  Kerri started her career practicing in the areas of corporate and banking law before joining the financial restructuring practice.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kerri held various positions in finance and banking.

Kerri earned her J.D. from the New York University, School of Law, where she was an editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics.  She earned her B.S. in finance and international business from New York University, Stern School of Business.
