Jack Rose Law Files Critical Objection in WeWork Inc. et al.’s Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case
On November 21, 2023, Jack Rose Law’s team lead by Managing Partner Jack Rose, filed an Objection to the Debtors’ Motion for Entry of an Order (I) Authorizing and Approving Procedures to Reject or Assume Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases, and (II) Granting Related Relief, in WeWork Inc. et al.’s Chapter 11 case.
