Newsletter April 2, 2024

I'm Jack Rose, Managing Partner at Jack Rose Law -- this marks our inaugural newsletter. We’re going to approach this a little differently. If you play the video below, you will see just how differently.

Whether you're a client, attorney, or someone who just happens to be looking at this newsletter, our goal is to provide you with valuable information that allows you to do your job better. To our clients, you know we endeavor to timely provide you with information that is relevant, separating the noise that surrounds truly important news, helping you navigate the challenges in an increasingly complex legal/financial ecosystem, where any misstep can cost you dearly. And, if you’re a lawyer, to better serve your clients. We understand the need for a partner that is committed to you.

In this issue, we spotlight a critical development:

The SBA has announced it is instituting enforcement proceedings against businesses and principals to collect $20 billion of delinquent pandemic loans.

These actions have the potential to put further stress on an already depressed office market, while also threatening retailers, restaurants and property owners.

If you or someone you know has one of these loans, they must act quickly and take proper steps to avoid being on the wrong side of government enforcement proceedings.

Missteps can be catastrophic.

We are available to assist if needed.

We also proudly announce that our doors are open at 250 Park Avenue, New York, NY and 2001 Palmer Avenue, Larchmont, NY

Finally, we would like to introduce you to a new resource — SmallBizReorg — a lighthearted, informative hub of videos and other information, hosted by Jack Rose. SmallBizReorg helps businesses through challenging times, all without any charge.

Check it out at www.smallbizreorg.com or on YouTube at YouTube.com/@SmallBizReorg.

We will be sending out newsletters from time to time as issues arise. We intend to focus on issues that are timely and helpful to you.

In between newsletters, please don’t hesitate to contact us if there is any way in which we can assist you.
