The Small Business Administration Announces It Will Enforce $20B
of Delinquent Pandemic Loans

The Small Business Administration has announced it is instituting enforcement proceedings against businesses and principals to collect $20 billion of delinquent pandemic loans. 

These actions have the potential to put further stress on an already depressed office market, while also threatening retailers, restaurants and property owners.
